RELX is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to assist sales reps and channel partners in order processing, quotes, information management, training, and financing. You will follow set processes, identify issues, and support operational workflows with accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder or completed at least 2 years level in college (no back subjects/incomplete units)
• At least 45 WPM
• Basic computer skills (MS Office)
• Possess sense of urgency while being able to focus and pay attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and learn quickly in a production-based environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to adapt to constant changing processes and tasks
• Must have good interpersonal skills
• Must have good analytical skills
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time
• Must have good English reading comprehension
• Must be able to retain focus and perform repetitious tasks effectively
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives
• Must be in current role for 1 year
• Must not have received any Disciplinary Action within the past 12 months
• Must not have any Attendance and Punctuality issues in the past 12 months

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests via email.
• Provide customers with appropriate product and service information.
• Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved to ensure resolution.
• Recognize and alert supervisor to trends in operations.
• Identify , research, and resolve customer issues using the appropriate system.
• Maintain security and privacy.
• Prepare reports or provide necessary data as needed in Operations.
• Perform data entry.
• Recommend process improvements.
• Assist in on-the-job training for new associates, as required.
• Attend virtual calls and meetings as required by management and operation.
