Job summary

Philtech Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Analyst for Software/SaaS to lead spend analysis, supplier evaluation, and cost-saving initiatives across all SaaS categories.

You will drive the full sourcing lifecycle and ensure value, compliance, and performance by partnering with IT, Finance, Legal, and stakeholders. You will run RFPs/RFIs, negotiate terms, monitor SLAs, and maintain procurement data, while benchmarking pricing and managing vendor relationships with US-based

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, or related field.
• Experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management—specifically in software/SaaS categories.
• Strong spend analysis, cost modeling, and data reporting skills.
• Proficiency with procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, ERP platforms, or similar).
• Advanced Excel and general data analytics capabilities.
• Ability to conduct market research and benchmark SaaS pricing and vendors.
• Ability to perform rigorous SaaS vendor due diligence (security, compliance, integration).
• Understanding of SaaS renewal cycles, usage optimization, and contract structures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct spends analysis, usage reviews, and cost modeling to identify savings opportunities.
• Build reports and dashboards using Excel/analytics tools to support decision-making.
• Perform rigorous SaaS vendor due diligence, including security, compliance, integration capability, and product fit.
• Lead RFP/RFI processes and comparative vendor assessments.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing tiers, renewals, SLAs, and contract protections for SaaS agreements.
• Support contract lifecycle management and ensure vendor adherence to agreed terms.
• Track vendor SLAs, service quality, and product performance; elevate issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate vendor data within procurement systems.
• Research SaaS pricing benchmarks, competitive offerings, and market trends.
• Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, and business owners to validate requirements and ensure alignment.
• Coordinate implementation of sourcing strategies and ensure smooth vendor onboarding
