Qualifications

• Graduate of Finance / Business Management / Accounting.
• Strong understanding of non-life insurance claims processes and credit risk exposure management.
• Experience in reviewing and managing insurance policies and coordinating with brokers and insurers.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Highly organized with strong analytical and risk management capabilities.
• Collaborative and dependable team player with cross-functional coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage non-life insurance renewals and policy procurement for local and international operations.
• Lead insurance claims administration and maximize recoveries.
• Oversee credit risk across business units and AR management with a shared service team.
• Coordinate URC International Transactions processing and approvals.
• Provide reporting on insurance renewals, claims, and credit risk exposure.
• Identify process improvements to strengthen risk controls and compliance.
• Support treasury and senior leadership on major claims and exposures.
