Job summary

Megaworld Global-Estate Inc.- South Careers in the Philippines is seeking a dynamic Sales Leader to guide a high-performing sales division and achieve aggressive quotas.

You will develop and implement strategic plans, recruit and mentor Sales Managers and teams, set KPIs, monitor results, and present regular forecasts to management, while collaborating with Marketing and Project Development to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a sales division to achieve assigned sales quotas, company sales targets, and revenue goals.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans in alignment with corporate objectives
• Recruit, train, and manage Sales Managers and Sales team
• Set performance targets and KPIs for teams; monitor and evaluate sales results regularly
• Conduct regular coaching, mentoring, and leadership development sessions
• Collaborate with Marketing, Training, and Project Development teams to support sales initiatives
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies
• Represent the company in high-level client meetings, events, and presentations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards
• Prepare and present regular reports and forecasts to the management
