Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Experience delivering business reports or process improvements.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to document, analyze, and challenge data and processes.
• Strong collaboration and time-management in a collaborative setting.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of departmental strategies and initiatives with stakeholders.
• Monitor initiatives and elevate risks, issues, dependencies as needed.
• Prepare governance and management reports including headcount analysis.
• Analyze and improve business processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain tools and reports for planning and decision-making.
• Validate data, investigate variances, and ensure report integrity.
• Coordinate project requirements, deliverables, actions, and follow-ups.
• Be point of contact for MGS-wide initiatives and governance forums.
