Job summary

TE Connectivity Ltd. is seeking a Replenishment Planner to manage stock replenishment from TE plants to Distribution Centers, ensuring on-time, complete customer orders and optimal inventory levels.

The role requires close collaboration with Planning, DC Operations, and Customer Care to improve delivery performance and data governance. A degree in business or SCM and 3–5 years in SAP/ERP and MRP are preferred. Hybrid work in Metro Manila with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree or diploma in business, supply chain, or engineering field.
• 3–5 years of experience in planning, procurement, and MRP.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills with ability to communicate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Direct intercompany material flows for assigned TE plants and Distribution Centers.
• Manage and execute procurement activities, from requisition to PO release, ensuring timely replenishment.
• Ensure on-time, issue-free customer order delivery by manual delivery orders and reviews with customer care.
• Analyze and resolve critical issues such as exception messages, blocked orders, and returns.
• Monitor and report on KPIs like Past Due to Request, STR, STS, and inventory levels.
• Identify and implement cross-functional improvements to enhance customer service, inventory efficiency or delivery performance.
• Maintain accurate master data attributes for performance accuracy and system governance.
