KMC Solutions seeks a Portfolio and Acquisitions Manager to identify, evaluate, and secure new commercial real estate opportunities across the Philippines and selected international markets. You will lead end-to-end site acquisition, market research, negotiations, financial modeling, and investor-ready presentations.

The role requires building relationships with developers, owners, landlords, asset managers, and investment funds while driving the expansion roadmap and long-term portfolio goals.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying and evaluating office/leased opportunities.
• Ability to build and present investment briefs and memos.
• Strong analytical skills for ROI, IRR, NPV, and cash flow analyses.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source new office, managed office, coworking, BTS, and commercial properties.
• Lead broker/landlord relations to negotiate lease terms and incentives.
• Develop and maintain an active acquisition pipeline and market reports.
• Prepare Board-ready investment memos and presentations.
• Coordinate due diligence with legal, technical, and financial stakeholders.
