Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation is seeking a Real Estate Officer to lead property acquisitions aligned with the company’s expansion and investment goals. You will identify sites, evaluate feasibility, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance and timely turnover.

The role requires negotiating purchase terms, verifying legal documents, and building relationships with owners, brokers, and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and evaluate potential sites, trade areas, land parcels, and commercial properties based on expansion plans and investment criteria.
• Conduct property inspections and assess site suitability based on traffic, visibility, accessibility, and zoning regulations.
• Review ownership, land titles, tax declarations, survey plans, and other legal documents for validity and suitability.
• Negotiate purchase prices, lease rates, payment terms, and contractual conditions with owners, landlords, brokers, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with LGUs and regulatory offices to obtain zoning certifications, locational clearances, permits, and documentary requirements.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Engineering, and other departments to facilitate evaluation, review, financial assessment, and completion of acquisitions.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with property owners, brokers, and regulators to support sourcing and acquisitions.
• Monitor negotiations and acquisition progress, maintain a property pipeline, and prepare management reports and recommendations.
