Responsibilities

• Purchasing and Order Management: handle online purchases with multiple vendors, ensure accuracy and timely order placement.
• Order Tracking: monitor and track all orders from placement to delivery, update statuses, communicate delays.
• Invoices & Records: generate accurate invoices and maintain organized records for audits.
• Excel & Data Management: maintain purchase logs, inventory reports, and generate summaries.
• Customer Service: respond to client inquiries and liaise with vendors to resolve issues.
• Client-focused execution: align tasks with client needs and maintain open communication.
