Job summary

RMC2 Consultancy Corporation is seeking a proactive Partnerships Associate to coordinate accreditation onboarding for hospitals, clinics, and labs. You will conduct field visits, meet decision-makers, and nurture relationships with current and potential healthcare partners to promote the company\'s accreditation program.

You will also prepare MOAs and track documentation, coordinating with internal teams to address provider concerns and ensure timely completion of records.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet).
• Must be willing to travel and conduct field visits to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other healthcare facilities.
• A valid driver\'s license is an advantage but not required.
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the accreditation and onboarding of hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other healthcare providers.
• Conduct regular field visits to healthcare facilities to establish and strengthen partnerships.
• Meet with hospital administrators, clinic representatives, and decision-makers to present services.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective healthcare partners.
• Conduct virtual and face-to-face meetings to discuss partnership opportunities and provider concerns.
• Prepare, process, and monitor MOAs and other accreditation documents.
• Follow up on accreditation requirements and ensure timely completion of documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding provider concerns, contract processing, and implementation.
• Maintain accurate provider records and update accreditation status.
• Prepare regular accomplishment, productivity, and status reports.
