Job summary

RelianceUnited’s Flexicare division in Cebu seeks a Provider Relations Coordinator to support provider network operations, coordinating with hospitals, clinics, and doctors to strengthen partnerships.

Onsite in Cebu City, you will handle documentation, accreditation processes, inquiries, and reporting, while collaborating with the Manila Provider Relations team to expand the network and ensure smooth operations. Regular hours, with potential field work within Cebu Province.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years in healthcare operations, provider relations, account management, or similar roles.
• Experience with doctors, clinics, or healthcare networks is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support provider network operations in Cebu by coordinating with hospitals, clinics, and doctors.
• Ensure documentation, accreditation processes, and communications between Cebu providers and Manila Provider Relations team; address inquiries related to Flexicare's Sales.
• Assist in expanding and strengthening the provider network.
