Job summary

SPi Global (now Straive) is seeking an experienced Project Management Specialist to lead cross-functional teams and own the end-to-end project lifecycle in the Philippines, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery aligned with strategic objectives.

You will streamline operational processes, actively manage risk, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with engineering, product, and leadership to resolve dependencies and keep stakeholders informed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of formal project management experience in a fast-paced environment (Tech, Finance, or Operations preferred).
• CSM certification is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a track record of cross-functional alignment.
• Proven ability to resolve complex dependencies and drive clarity in ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities

• Project Governance & Execution: Define project scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables using Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, providing progress reports, risk assessments, and resource tracking.
• Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, refine workflows, and enforce continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.
• Risk & Change Management: Proactively identify delays or scope creep; implement risk mitigation strategies swiftly.
• Resource Allocation: Balance team capacity, prioritize backlogs, and ensure efficient resource utilization to meet business objectives.
