Job summary

Filinvest-Hitachi Omni Waterworks, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer in Manila to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of water treatment and related infrastructure projects.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, ensure QA/QC, and uphold HSE standards across the project lifecycle. The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, PRC registration, and 3–5 years of relevant experience with familiarity in EPC/EPCM environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PRC Registered Engineer is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in water/wastewater/utility projects.
• Experience supervising multidisciplinary construction projects.
• Familiarity with EPC/EPCM or Design-Build environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage execution of water and utility projects from mobilization through commissioning.
• Develop execution strategies, work plans, and resource requirements.
• Lead site engineers, contractors, and technicians to achieve milestones.
• Monitor cost, schedule, quality, safety, and environmental objectives.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, regulators, and internal teams.
