Job summary

Bullseye Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery in Pasig. You will evaluate processes, manage data, and provide guidance to optimize systems while ensuring KPI alignment and policy adherence.

You will negotiate with third parties, coordinate meetings, document actions, and report progress to senior leadership. A strong PM background and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, management engineering, industrial engineering or the like
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Has a strong project management background
• Able to gather data, analyze simple to complex problems, and apply job expertise in making critical decisions
• Can formulate and execute effective negotiation strategies with third parties
• Must be a good team player
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Willing to work at 10 Evangelista Street, Santolan, Pasig City, Monday to Saturday (half day)

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project management.
• Take a proactive role in evaluating processes, sharing knowledge, identifying opportunities, and providing advice to help improve processes and systems.
• Facilitate effective project management by analyzing data, identifying performance risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Interpret and communicate project policies, monitor KPIs and performance metrics, and escalate issues.
• Develop the ability to negotiate and manage relationships with external stakeholders and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Participate in project meetings, capture minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Maintain project documentation, track progress, and report on project status to senior team members and stakeholders.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project timelines and deliverables.
