Job summary

Bullseye Solutions Inc. is seeking a capable Project Manager in Pasig City to lead healthcare technology projects from planning to deployment. You will ensure milestones are met, manage procurement docs, and oversee equipment deployment across sites.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in business or engineering, at least 3 years of project management experience, and strong communication and negotiation skills to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, management engineering, industrial engineering, or the like.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Has a strong project management background.
• Able to gather data, analyze problems ranging from simple to complex, and apply job expertise to make critical decisions.
• Can formulate and execute effective negotiation strategies with third parties.
• Must be a good team player.
• Must have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all project milestones are achieved and all deliverables are completed according to the project schedule.
• Regularly update project status, resolve outstanding issues, and finalize all project documents to facilitate smooth project closure.
• Process and implement projects by handling purchase orders, notices of award, contract/memorandum of agreement, and notices to proceed within deadlines.
• Compile and maintain equipment list summaries for ongoing projects to support planning and execution.
• Monitor equipment status and ensure timely processing for staging, deployment, and related actions.
• Coordinate and execute equipment deployments per project schedules and ensure on-site readiness.
• Maintain inventory by coordinating with imports and purchasing; distribute supplies to avoid delays.
• Coordinate activities related to services, sales, logistics, CNC, and accounting, and adapt to additional duties as needed.
• Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries and keep clients informed about project status.
