Job summary

NNIT Philippines is hiring a Project Controller to provide financial controlling and business partnering to Project Managers in IT consulting projects, focusing on revenue, profitability, forecasting, billing and reporting. You will work with PMs, Finance and Accounting to deliver insights, challenge assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and support decision-making.

It is not just cost control but overall project financial health.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent; CPA preferred.
5–8 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, or Financial Reporting.
Minimum 2–3 years of external or internal audit experience.
Experience in IT consulting, professional services, or project-based environments preferred.
Strong Excel and financial analysis skills; Power BI is a plus.
Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.
Excellent financial storytelling and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Revenue controlling and revenue recognition across projects and milestones.
Ensure costs and revenue are matched in the correct periods with proper accruals.
Collaborate with Accounting, PMOs, and Finance to reconcile data and support month-end close.
