Job summary

WeConnect Technology Philippines Inc. is seeking a Project Controller to monitor schedules, track budgets, and prepare financial and progress reports for management and clients. You will coordinate with Project Managers, Finance, Procurement, and Engineering to ensure alignment on status.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years in project control or telecom support, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail for multi-project environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in project control, document control, or telecom project support.
• Experience in telecom projects such as network rollout, tower construction, fiber deployment, or system integration is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project budgeting, cost control, and schedule monitoring.
• Proficient in MS Excel and project reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project schedules and track progress against approved timelines.
• Control and report project financial performance, including budget tracking, cost monitoring, and variance analysis.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, invoices, purchase orders, and technical submissions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial and progress reports for management and clients.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Finance, Procurement, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment on project status.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and billing schedules.
• Ensure proper documentation for project claims, variations, and change orders.
• Support forecasting, cost control, and resource planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain document control systems with proper versioning and archiving.
