Job summary

MasTec Communications Group is seeking a Project Coordinator to coordinate multiple project teams and ensure successful completion of projects. The role involves removing barriers with subcontractors, maintaining project documentation, and delivering status updates to PMs.

The candidate will manage contracts, purchase orders, submittals, and close-out manuals while acting as the main liaison with external vendors and consultants.

Qualifications

• Invoicing tasks and weekly assignment list coordination.
• Document pull from OFS aligned with WIP and customer PO/Estimate uploaded by construction or engineering.
• Billing markup creation and invoicing validation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate the work of multiple project teams.
• Identify and remove barriers to successful completion, particularly with subcontractors.
• Provide timely project status updates to Project Managers.
• Maintain and update the company database.
• Generate reports and pivot tables; use VLOOKUP functionality.
• Create and track contracts, purchase orders, submittals, and project close-out manuals.
• Serve as primary contact with external vendors and consultants on strategic and technical matters.
• Handle all correspondence among general contractor, owner, architect, and subcontractors.
