Qualifications

• 2+ years of billing experience.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable and Project Accounting.
• Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems.
• Understanding of accounting processes.
• Strong analytical and data entry skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to resolve billing issues and disputes.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong MS Excel skills; knowledge of Word, Access, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end billing process.
• Prepare and process client invoices.
• Process billing and revenue adjustments.
• Ensure revenue is accurately recorded.
• Review amounts to be invoiced and carry-forward balances.
• Ensure bills are properly prepared, approved, and sent on time.
• Handle and resolve billing inquiries and issues.
• Escalate complex billing concerns when necessary.
• Follow billing processes, policies, and controls.
• Meet service level targets and deadlines.
• Support process improvement initiatives.
• Perform other assigned billing-related tasks.
