Job summary

Del Playa Group is seeking a Project Accountant in the Philippines to serve as the accounting liaison across Finance, Development, Construction, and Operations teams. This role offers exposure to multiple projects and scope to influence process improvements.

You will own project-level accounting, coordinate with Accounts Payable, assist with monthly/quarterly reconciliations, and contribute to month-end close and audits. CPA preferred and strong MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or business administration.
• 2–4 years of general accounting experience.
• CPA preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Own project-level accounting for assigned projects, reviewing invoice coding and allocations.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Finance, Development, Construction, Operations, and Procurement.
• Prepare and own monthly and quarterly project reconciliations; improve processes.
• Document and improve accounting processes and procedures for a growing company.
• Prepare internal and external project-level reporting.
• Support month-end close and audits; suggest procedural improvements.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as requested.
