Qualifications

4–6 years of experience in strategy, research, or financial analysis.
Experience with management consulting or tech/fintech strategy strongly preferred.
Ability to independently produce high-quality analytical outputs.
Excellent written communication and executive memo-writing.
Experience presenting findings to senior leadership.
Ability to manage recurring deliverables in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

Own recurring intelligence outputs for ManCom and executive leadership.
Monitor competitive landscape, tracking competitors, product launches, campaigns, financials, and regulatory developments.
Analyze peer and competitor financial statements to assess balance sheet strength, loan quality, profitability, and digital momentum.
Synthesize findings into clear, insight-driven narratives, not data dumps.
Lead strategy workshops and contribute analysis to define strategic priorities.
Develop Strategy Thought Starters: themes, risks, and opportunities for annual and mid-term strategy discussions.
Support Big Bets strategy development for high-impact initiatives as needed.
Drive end-to-end planning cycles anchored on forecasts and surface key risks and trade-offs.
