Job summary

Maya is seeking an Information Security Project Manager to coordinate security reviews, monitor program progress, and deliver timely reporting to leadership. The role partners with Information Security, Technology, Product, Privacy, Anti-Fraud, and business stakeholders to drive visibility and governance across security initiatives.

The ideal candidate will manage dashboards, track milestones, and elevate risks while ensuring alignment with regulatory and organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience managing technology-related projects, preferably within fintech, financial services, cybersecurity, or highly regulated industries.
• Proven ability to coordinate and track multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across different organizational levels, including senior leadership.
• Strong project documentation, reporting, and project governance skills.
• Excellent presentation preparation and delivery capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track multiple information security review projects involving customer-facing products, internal systems, employee productivity tools, and technology upgrades.
• Develop and maintain project dashboards, trackers, and status reports that provide visibility into ongoing security reviews and security tool implementation initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to monitor project milestones, risks, dependencies, and overall progress.
• Support Information Security specialists in managing and executing assigned security review projects.
• Ensure project documentation, status updates, and deliverables remain accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Identify, track, and elevate critical project issues, risks, and vulnerabilities that may introduce information security exposure to the organization.
• Work closely with Information Security leadership to facilitate informed decision-making on high-priority security matters.
• Assist in monitoring security review outcomes and implementation progress to improve project success rates.
• Support governance processes by ensuring security initiatives align with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
