Job summary

Compassion Philippines is seeking a Manager of Program Support to lead a cross-sector team delivering holistic child development programs. You will align strategies with global, regional, and Philippine context, collaborating with churches, government, donors, and internal teams to strengthen quality and accountability.

You will oversee program support, MERL, and partnerships, driving innovation, safeguarding, and effective resource use while keeping children at the center of all activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and professional experience in program management or child development.
• Experience leading and developing professional teams.
• Experience collaborating with churches, government, donors, and partners is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and leadership for cross-sector program priorities.
• Lead and develop teams, coaching and performance management.
• Collaborate with Partnership, MERL, and program teams to ensure accountable delivery.
• Strengthen holistic child development through integrated interventions across sectors.
• Guide planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Build and sustain church and community partnerships to advance child well-being.
