Responsibilities

• Provide high‑level leadership and oversight of priorities across sectoral neighbors in CIPH, ensuring strategic alignment and integrated impact grounded in Christian values.
• Lead and develop people in the team through coaching, empowerment, performance management, and continuous learning opportunities.
• Coordinate among Partnership, Program Support and MERL stakeholders to promote ownership and deliver results for children and families.
• Strengthen holistic child development by integrating expertise across early childhood, youth development, health and nutrition, livelihoods, and disaster resilience.
