Compassion Philippines is seeking a Manager of Program Support to lead a team delivering holistic child development programs. You will connect program areas, strengthen quality, and translate global directions into local action, partnering with churches, government, donors, and communities.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong program management, people leadership, and a deep commitment to safeguarding children in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in program management, child development, community development, or a related field.
• Experience leading and developing professional teams.
• Experience managing multiple programs, projects, or technical areas.
• Experience working with churches, community organizations, government, donors, or other strategic partners is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Strategic oversight and sectoral leadership with alignment to Christian values.
• Lead and develop team through coaching, empowerment, performance management, and learning.
• Coordinate among Partnership, Program Support and MERL for impactful results.
• Strengthen holistic child development by integrating cross-area expertise.
• Drive quality and results through planning, project management, monitoring, QA, and budget control.
• Guide proposals, priorities, and resource allocation to support ministry strategies.
• Ensure timely delivery of proposals, reports, and plans to stakeholders.
• Strengthen church and community partnerships with teams and leaders.
• Encourage innovation, sharing best practices, and capacity building.
• Lead through change with clarity on priorities and ownership.
• Facilitate dialogues among National Office, Asia Region, global teams, MERL, donors, and partners.
• Champion child protection and safeguarding and timely reporting of concerns.
• Keep children at the center, promoting spiritual, emotional, physical, and social well-being.
• Lead with integrity and a Christ-centered approach in leadership and service.
