Job summary

MD Juan Enterprises, Inc. in Metro Manila seeks a Production Planning & Inventory Control Officer to plan, schedule, and monitor production activities and inventory in a metal fabrication environment.

You will coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing and Quality Control to meet material needs and delivery deadlines. The candidate should have a 1–3 year background in production planning or inventory control, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–3 years of work experience in Production Planning or Inventory Control.
• Experience in manufacturing, preferably metal fabrication and assembly.
• Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, material requirements, inventory control, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficient in Excel and Office; ERP/MRP experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans and schedules.
• Monitor production progress against planned targets and delivery requirements.
• Review production requirements and determine material availability (materials, WIP, finished goods).
• Identify shortages that may affect production schedules.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and other departments regarding shortages and priorities.
• Monitor inventory of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods; maintain records and reconcile discrepancies.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory verification.
• Prepare and maintain Production Orders, lists, planning reports, and related documents.
• Analyze production and inventory data and provide timely reports to management.
