Job summary

Zenith Foods Corporation, a subsidiary of Jollibee Foods Corporation, is seeking a Production Planning & Inventory Control Associate in Cebu City. You will prepare replenishment plans, generate process orders, and suggest production orders weekly and monthly.

You will compute buffer levels for raw materials, coordinate with SBU partners, and ensure GMP, food safety, and quality standards are followed. Hybrid work setup is available, with Canlubang Laguna as a potential site.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in business or industrial engineering preferred.
• At least 1 year of production planning experience in manufacturing.
• Advanced Excel, ERP/SAP and MS Office proficiency.
• Strong communication in English and Tagalog with other divisions.
• Willing to be assigned in Canlubang Laguna on a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Creates and recommends short and long-term replenishment plans for items in their category.
• Creates Process Orders based on Store Orders and recommends monthly and weekly production work orders.
• Calculates and maintains buffer levels of Raw materials considering warehouse capacity.
• Represents the project to SBU business partners.
• Adheres to GMP, Food Safety, Quality Schemes and other company policies.
