Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, or engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Product Management, Category Management, Brand Management, or Marketing.
• Experience in home appliances, kitchen appliances, consumer durables, kitchen & bath, or construction-related industries is preferred.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and commercial management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with cross-functional and regional teams is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual category strategies to achieve sales, margin, and market share objectives.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle from product selection and launch to phase-out.
• Monitor category performance and recommend actions to drive growth and profitability.
• Establish pricing, positioning, and portfolio strategies aligned with market needs.
• Prepare annual business plans, forecasts, and budget recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, operations, and customer service.
