Job summary

Weeloy PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior product evangelist to drive market analysis, product positioning, and cross-functional collaboration across B2B SaaS teams in the Philippines.

You will train regional teams, analyze market trends, and support implementation, client success, and sales with strong technical documentation. The role requires a business-focused background, 5 years of relevant experience, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business field.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent/native English is mandatory.
• Understanding of B2B SaaS technology solutions is required.
• Experience writing technical product descriptions and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product evangelisation through training of local and regional teams on product purpose, key selling points, new solutions and feature upgrades.
• Follow and analyze market trends to position products.
• Work closely with implementation and training teams to implement and install solutions online and on-site, providing necessary support to teams and clients.
• Support the implementation, client success and sales teams during their meetings.
• Write and assist in technical product descriptions, project documentation, scoping documents, UAT documentation, flowcharts, user interface wireframes, and other supporting documentation.
• Monitor and follow up on project timelines and tasks, maintain regular meetings with customer counterparts to meet deadlines.
• Work closely with external vendors for integrations and partnerships.
