Job summary

ISLAND AIR PRODUCTS CORPORATION (ISLAND GAS) is seeking a Finance Manager in Metro Manila. You will lead financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, analysis, cost control, and management reporting to ensure timely information for decision-making.

Responsibilities include supervising finance staff, coordinating with treasury, preparing forecasts and monthly reports, and monitoring variances against budgets to drive corrective actions and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, management accounting, business administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience, with at least 2 years in supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, cash flow, financial analysis, cost control, and management reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Experience in a multi-branch company, LPG, distribution, manufacturing, retail, or related industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor the annual company budget
• Consolidate branch and department budgets
• Monitor actual expenses against approved budgets and analyze significant variances
• Prepare financial forecasts and recommend corrective actions when needed
• Monitor the company's overall cash position and prepare cash flow forecasts
• Coordinate with Treasury on funding requirements and scheduled obligations
• Analyze company and branch financial performance
• Prepare monthly financial reports, budget-versus-actual reports, and financial performance summaries
• Supervise Finance personnel and assign duties and deadlines
• Review staff performance and quality of Finance deliverables
