Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience: 5-8 years of procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply-chain experience, including supervisory/managerial roles.
• Procurement knowledge: Strong understanding of sourcing, supplier selection, negotiation, contracts, purchasing processes, and cost management.
• Analytical skills: Ability to analyze pricing, supplier performance, spending, inventory, and procurement data.
• Negotiation skills: Strong ability to negotiate prices, payment terms, contracts, delivery schedules, and service levels.
• Supplier management: Experience evaluating, developing, and maintaining vendor relationships.
• Leadership: Ability to manage procurement staff, set targets, delegate work, and improve team performance.
• Communication: Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
