3BAS Tigers Inc. is seeking a Procurement Manager – Non-Automotive to lead purchasing strategies and supplier relationships in the Philippines. You will oversee requisitions, contracts, sourcing, and team performance to ensure timely, cost-effective procurement aligned with company goals.

The role requires 5–10 years in procurement or supply chain, strong negotiation and analytics skills, and a proven ability to implement policy, drive cost savings, and improve processes globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant procurement or supply chain experience.
• Strong vendor management and strategic sourcing background.
• Knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, procurement analytics, and cost optimization.
• Skills in supplier management, contract management, and commercial negotiation.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Attention to detail, accountability, and results orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily procurement activities, including purchase requisitions, contracts, sourcing, and supplier evaluation.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability.
• Establish and enforce procurement policies, procedures, and standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes and efficiency.
• Monitor procurement KPIs and provide reports and recommendations to management.
• Supervise, coach, and develop the procurement team.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support operational and business requirements.
• Manage supplier risks and ensure smooth procurement operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
