Job summary

Jollibee Foods Corporation is seeking a Procurement Officer to review routine to complex proposals and negotiate prices with suppliers, ensuring purchase of the right quantity, quality, price and source.

You will monitor orders, verify deliveries, approve payments, and maintain comprehensive records while evaluating vendors for cost and service levels. The role is hybrid in Ortigas, Pasig, with cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or Accounting.
• At least 2 years of procurement experience; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Good command of English; communicate well with divisions, contractors and suppliers.
• Ability to do in-depth cost analysis and weigh transaction advantages/disadvantages.
• Ability to make quick, objective decisions on purchases in the best interest of the company.
• Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid set-up).

Responsibilities

• Review routine to complex proposals and negotiate prices with suppliers.
• Verify delivery, approve payments, and keep necessary records to ensure right quantity, quality, price and source.
• Evaluate vendors on service level and pricing; suggest changes when issues arise.
• Maintain supplier relations, explore new sources, and monitor price trends.
• Collaborate with other divisions to establish procurement systems and procedures.
