Job summary

Universal Robina Corporation Balayan is seeking a Buyer to manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, including supplier sourcing, accreditation, negotiation, delivery coordination, and payment processing to ensure material availability.

You will generate purchase orders, track order status, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records. Collaboration with internal stakeholders is essential to meet specifications and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 2-3 years of procurement, purchasing, or similar role experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; knowledge of procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential suppliers and source materials and services per requirements.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure favorable conditions and cost savings.
• Generate purchase orders accurately and ensure specifications.
• Coordinate with suppliers to track order status and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain productive supplier relationships and ensure compliance and payment processing.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand material requirements and specifications.
