• Experience in energy, EPC, heavy industry, or utility sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes contracting and negotiation strategies.
• Reviews contracts with legal, insurance, risk management and finance to address concerns and risks.
• Ensures contract compliance, renewals, and proper documentation across stakeholders.
• Collaborates on renegotiation and amendments of contracts as needed.
