The role supports contracting plans, creates contracts and amendments with terms, SLAs, and monitoring indices, and ensures compliance across legal, risk, and finance functions.

The candidate will review contracts, assess risks, and coordinate with stakeholders to secure timely, compliant agreements while driving value

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management and negotiations leading to favorable terms.
• Ability to identify risks and mitigation in contracts.
• Knowledge of service level agreements, warranties and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Category Manager to develop and execute negotiation strategies.
• Creates and formulates contracts and amendments with terms and conditions, SLAs, and monitoring indices.
