Job summary

Energy Development Corporation invites an Analyst-Procurement Contracts to join our team in Manila. The role focuses on implementing procure-to-pay strategies aligned with category plans to achieve cost effectiveness and operational efficiency.

You will manage vendor agreements and contracts with end-user concurrence, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization. Qualifications include a degree in Engineering, Law, Economics or related fields, with 1–2 years in procurement operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, Political Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• MBA or Supply Chain certifications are a plus but not required.
• 1–2 years experience in Supply Chain/Procurement operations (preferably in oil and gas & geothermal operations).
• Experience in Vendor management, strategic sourcing and TCO processes.

Responsibilities

• Implement total procure-to-pay strategies aligned with category strategies to deliver standardized services at the lowest total cost of ownership.
• Execute procurement activities through vendor agreements and contracts within spend thresholds with user concurrence.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and proponents in execution of procurement strategies, programs, and contract plans to support operations.
