Energy Development Corporation is seeking an experienced program management professional in Metro Manila to lead evaluation of processes and policies, drive optimization, and oversee multiple project streams with milestones and benefits aligned to strategy.

The role focuses on developing governance, monitoring KPIs, and delivering timely reports while managing risks and engaging stakeholders across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Project Management or related field.
• Master’s degree and strategic management consulting background preferred.
• Experience in senior program management roles with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead evaluating and researching effectiveness and efficiency of processes and policies.
• Provide project leadership in planning, development and implementation of optimization.
• Support different project workstreams and manage deliverables and milestones.
• Monitor business performance and contribute KPIs and data-driven insights.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to ensure engagement and delivery.
• Design and manage programme governance for coherent decision-making and risk management.
• Oversee progress reports against milestones and benefit achievement.
• Identify emerging risks and mitigate blockers to achieve goals.
