Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Portfolio Manager to govern the Application Services portfolio, ensure budgets and forecasts, and lead resource planning. You will partner with project managers across functions to maintain standards and deliver value while collaborating with Finance on forecasts and year-end close.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience coordinating and managing technology projects with budget planning.
• Experience in governance of a portfolio with accurate budgets, forecasts and schedules.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Govern the portfolio of Application Services initiatives with budgets, forecasts, schedules and health.
• Assign resources and perform resource planning and allocations.
• Partner with project managers to provide guidance and ensure standards.
• Execute purchasing activities, submit POs, process invoices and maintain spend forecasts.
• Work with Finance for capital forecast and year-end close activities.
• Support strategy updates, annual planning and executive reporting.
• Investigate and resolve issues with resource time entries and allocations.
