Job summary

Pioneer Insurance is seeking a Partnership Development Officer to drive growth through acquiring, developing, and managing strategic partnerships and corporate accounts. The role emphasizes identifying new business opportunities, client visits, and building long-term relationships.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of B2B/B2C sales experience across Insurance, FMCG, or Retail, with a proven revenue track record and strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
• 3–5 years of sales and business development experience.
• Strong background in Insurance, FMCG, Retail Sales, Corporate Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience managing corporate accounts and developing strategic partnerships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools.
• Willing to travel for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business partnerships to support company growth objectives.
• Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term business partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, distributors, agencies, and key decision-makers.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and account onboarding.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business development goals.
• Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of partnership initiatives.
• Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, account activities, and business development performance.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and account retention.
