Job summary

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance is seeking a field-based relationship manager to build and sustain productive partnerships with agents and banks in the Philippines. You will drive sales by coordinating with partner staff, ensuring targets are met, and providing timely support.

You will train partner teams on products and processes, monitor performance via MIS, and resolve partner and customer queries promptly, maintaining quality and compliance across operations.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with partners to maximize business opportunity
• Drive business by liaising with partner staff and ensure target achievement
• Assist and train partner staff on products and processes through periodic training interventions and/or joint field calls
• Timely track sales performance through metrics / MIS to ensure business efficiency and adherence to quality and compliance
• Handle escalations by resolving queries raised by partners and customers with prompt responses
