Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with partners to maximize business opportunity
• Drive business by liaising with partner staff and ensure target achievement
• Assist and train partner staff on products and process through periodical training interventions and/or joint field calls
• Timely track sales performance through MIS to ensure business efficiency and quality/compliance
• Handle escalations by resolving queries raised by partners and customers with prompt response
