• Identifies functional skills per job family and proficiency levels across levels.
• Develops development programs with L&D to reinforce functional competencies.
• Supports in developing core and leadership skills framework for all positions.
• Creates assessment tools to measure functional proficiency levels.
• Develops interventions to build a learning-centric workforce.
• Reviews related programs, policies, and procedures for relevance and cost.
• Rationalizes resources (manpower, budgets) for cost-efficient delivery.
• Coordinates with colleagues, clients, suppliers, and external agencies.
• Designs and implements coaching and mentoring to promote collaboration.
