Job summary

GCash in the Philippines seeks a Senior Director of Service Assurance, Reliability Engineering, and Operational Strategy to lead strategic planning, governance, and transformation across incidents, resilience, and metrics.

You will partner with Engineering, Risk, and Business Operations to shape performance narratives for ExCo and regulators, driving automation, telemetry, and maturity through cross-functional programs.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of service management frameworks (ITIL, SRE) and lifecycle co-ordination.
• Ability to translate operational KPIs into board-level narratives.
• Experience leading cross-functional strategic programs to improve reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution across Service Assurance, Stability, and Reliability Engineering.
• Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap aligned with enterprise goals and regulatory requirements.
• Design centralized programs to uplift incident readiness, change resilience, and operational effectiveness.
• Drive adoption of new operating models and reliability frameworks across a distributed organisation.
• Shape executive narratives for performance at ExCo, regulator, and board levels.
• Provide end-to-end service performance insights integrating data across stability and revenue impact domains.
• Coach leaders to build strategic thinking, data fluency, and process discipline.
