Job summary

Grab PH is seeking a Regional Operational Risk Senior Associate to implement and govern the ORM framework across GrabFin markets. You will coordinate ORM activities regionally and collaborate with country teams to enhance risk methodologies and technology.

Based in Ortigas, you will develop risk profile dashboards, conduct control testing, and drive continuous improvements while promoting a risk-aware culture and strong partner management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial services or a related field.
• Deep understanding of Operational Risk management or audit methodologies in Wallet/Payment/FinTech contexts.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with stakeholder management.
• Sharp analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Able to work as part of a team and deliver projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Implement and govern the Regional ORM framework across GrabFin markets.
• Coordinate ORM activities regionally and collaborate with country teams.
• Design and enhance regional risk profile reports and dashboards (KRIs, heat maps).
• Conduct back testing of control effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Work with cross-functional regional or local teams to address weak controls and automate mitigations.
• Contribute to ongoing risk system and tools enhancements.
• Promote a risk-aware culture across the organization.
