Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in merchandise planning or analytics.
• Experience in reporting automation and process improvement is preferred.

• Support merchandise planning activities through sales, inventory, and performance analysis.
• Monitor sell-through, stock cover, inventory aging, and stock productivity metrics.
• Prepare and analyze reports to identify business risks and opportunities.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support planning decisions.
• Support seasonal reviews, markdown analysis, and inventory performance monitoring.
