Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or working towards a professional qualification.
• Thorough knowledge or experience of the pharmaceutical industry and field medical liaisons.
• Ability to interact and manage a range of stakeholders internally and externally.
• Knowledge of legislation relevant to pharmaceutical sales and marketing.

• Act as in-house thought leader for assigned drugs or indications, translating complex clinical data into actionable insights.
• Identify, segment and cultivate relationships with KOLs, academic experts, and specialty societies for scientific exchange and investigator-initiated studies.
• Systematically collect and analyze field insights and deliver tailored reports to inform evidence-generation strategies.
• Define, develop and deliver medical training programs for internal and external stakeholders.
• Translate global medical strategy into localized tactics while ensuring regulatory and ethical compliance.
• Mentor junior MSLs and collaborate with cross-functional teams on project work.
• Represent Medical Affairs on launch preparation, evidence generation and market access projects.
• Ensure interactions and data handling comply with industry codes and regulations.
