Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Business, Economics, or related field.
8–10 years of progressive experience in media planning with emphasis on performance marketing.
Strong knowledge of performance platforms and tools including Google Ads, Meta, DV360, GA4.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead market research to uncover media consumption patterns and competitive activity.
Develop full-funnel, performance-oriented media strategies aligned to client KPIs.
Own budget stewardship and optimize ROAS across channels.
Mentor junior media planners and contribute to planning standards.
Collaborate with strategy, analytics, creative, and client leadership.
