TE Connectivity Corporation is seeking a Materials Planning Analyst II to manage stock replenishments across TE Plants, ensuring full and on-time delivery of purchase orders. The role focuses on improving material planning processes and cross-functional collaboration with Planning, DC Operations, and Customer Care teams.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in SAP/ERP, MRP, and procurement, with a degree in business or engineering, and a willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in business, supply chain, or industrial engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• 1–2 years understanding of MRP and procurement purchasing.
• 1–2 years planning experience in supply chain management.

Responsabilités

• Monitor procurement and replenishment to TE plants to ensure stock continuity.
• Analyze exception messages, reschedule or expedite with external/internal sources.
• Review aging orders and take corrective actions.
• Track KPIs like exception aging, inventory, shortages, and supplier performance.
• Resolve price and quantity discrepancies per policy.
• Enter master data for material planning (excluding info records).
• Support plants with procurement analysis for strategic decisions.
• Share forecast data with external vendors and participate in joint calls.
