• Oversee material supply; ensure smooth production and minimize downtime.
• Analyze backlog and root causes of past-due orders; coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.
• Update MRP and ensure timely actions on purchasing orders to align with MPS.
• Manage LT via capacity and demand analysis to reduce lead time gradually.
